You walk into the 11th floor unit’s foyer via keyless entry into a tiled hallway. The bedroom and full bathroom are nestled to the left. As you continue down the hallway, from there, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open floor plan. Enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen and living room while you are eating and relaxing or you can walk onto the balcony from the living room and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach from your lounge chair. The bedroom includes a newer king size bed and the room is equipped with ample storage for you as it has two bed storage drawers and a new dresser. In addition, this bedroom has a closet with hangers and shelving. Beach towels are also included for you to use. We ask that you do not use the white bathroom towels for the beach or pool. You will receive 1 towel per guest. The full size bathroom is connected to the 1/2 bath. The full size bathroom includes a tiled shower stall. No bathtub. There is a half bath connected to the bedroom as well. You will receive 1 towel per guest. After a long day at the beach, curl up to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV which offers streaming channels (using your own log in) and cable. Enjoy the circulation of air from the ceiling fan as you relax on the newer queen size sleeper sofa and take in the amazing ocean views. Enjoy the luxury of the fireplace. You will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, crockpot, toaster, and a coffee maker. You can easily prepare and cook your favorite meals with many kitchen utensils that are provided for you. Enjoy your meals at a newer 4-seat dining table using the provided plates, cups, (and utensils). Step out onto the large and spacious balcony from the living room. Relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the 2 lounge chairs. You will also find 4 beach chairs for your use at the beach.

NO smoking or vaping: if evidence of smoking is found; you will be charged a hefty fee of $200! NO animals of any kind due to allergies of renters/owners. No parties. Early check in or Late check out MUST be approved by owner with an additional charge of $50. Unauthorized early check in or late check out shall be subject to an additional night rental charge. No refunds on early check outs. Unauthorized early check in may, at Owner's discretion, be grounds of rental contract and guest will forfeit all rent paid. The ENTIRE resort is NO-SMOKING The resort’s security and staff will report smoking to both property management onsite as well as the unit owners since the rule applies to both public and private spaces. Cigarettes, marijuana and vapes are very difficult smells to remove after the fact. These smells can affect condo owners, the cleaners, and any guests with potential allergies staying after your visit. This is a zero-tolerance policy, your cooperation is appreciated. Any evidence of smoking of any kind is an automatic surrender of your security deposit. Removing evidence of smoke costs the cleaner time and money SO YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 in addition to NOT receiving your security deposit. We rent to a total of no more than 4 guests. NON SMOKERS. NO PETS. Renters must be 24 years old or older. Any damage to the property is subject to additional charges.

The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of your check out after the unit has been cleared of any damages or smoking * There is NO washer/dryer in this condo; however, there is a laundry room on the lobby floor. You can use your credit card for washer and/or dryer use. You will be provided 2 detergent pods and 2 dryer sheets. Housekeeping NOT available. You will be provided a starter pack of supplies to include: 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 paper towel roll 2 garbage bags If you require more supplies, there is a Food Lion within a 5 minute drive. You are responsible for any other supplies needed. It is recommended to have a car when vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The area is big. You need a car to drive to attractions such as Broadway At The Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Alligator Adventure. There are restaurants within a 10 min walking distance, but having a car will give you the opportunity to explore other places to eat.
