Walk into the 3rd floor unit’s foyer via keyless entry into the kitchen. The full bathroom is nestled to the left. As you continue into the studio, from there, you will find the coffee bar and cabinet space, king bed, dining area, and living room in an open floor plan. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and bed while you are eating and relaxing or walk onto the balcony from the living room and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. The bedroom includes a king size bed. The room is equipped with ample storage for you as it has cabinets and a new dresser. Beach towels are also included for you to use. We ask that you do not use the white bathroom towels for the beach or pool. You will be provided 1 towel per guest. After a long day at the beach, curl up to watch your favorite shows on the TV. Relax on the new queen size sleeper sofa and take in the amazing ocean views. Enjoy the luxury of the fireplace. The full size bathroom includes a tiled shower with a bathtub. You will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. You can easily prepare and cook your favorite meals with many kitchen utensils that are provided for you. Enjoy your meals at a new 4-seat dining table using the provided plates, cups, (and utensils). Step out onto the balcony from the living room. Relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the 2 chairs.

Cigarettes, marijuana and vapes are very difficult smells to remove after the fact. These smells can affect condo owners, the cleaners, and any guests with potential allergies staying after your visit. This is a zero-tolerance policy, your cooperation is appreciated. The parking garage is conveniently located across the street from the resort. An elevator and stairs are on each level of the parking garage and resort. You will receive your parking pass and waterpark bracelets at the front desk. This is a family resort. There are lots of people of all ages vacationing here. There are a ton of scheduled activities for kids. There can be loud noise from outside during these fun activities near the pool area. The AC unit can be noisy; a white noise machine is provided to help with noise at night. A starter pack of toiletries and kitchen supplies will be provided. 2 rolls of toilet paper 1 paper towel roll 2 garbage bags There is a grocery store 1 mile away. Dunes village also has a small store on the second floor for supplies. You are responsible for any additional supplies you require. There is NO washer/dryer in this condo; however, there is a laundry room on the 4th floor. The washer and dryer are coin operated. You will be provided 2 detergent pods and 2 dryer sheets. House keeping services are not available. It is recommended to have a car when vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The area is big. You need a car to drive to attractions such as Broadway At The Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Alligator Adventure. There are restaurants within a 10 min walking distance, but having a car will give you the opportunity to explore other places to eat.
